Normandy Farm is gearing up for a spectacular Thanksgiving celebration with an expansive buffet in its Grand Ballroom and a 4-course prix fixe menu at “the farmer’s daughter.”

The events, scheduled for Thursday, November 23, promise an unforgettable dining experience for families and friends.

The Grand Ballroom Buffet at Normandy Farm, available from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM, will offer a stunning array of over fifty farm-to-table dishes.

Guests can indulge in a variety of traditional and innovative Thanksgiving fare, including roasted turkey, tender prime rib, and a sumptuous shrimp cocktail & oyster bar. The buffet also features a wide range of seasonal soups, sides, and salads.

A highlight of the buffet is the decadent dessert table, boasting pumpkin pies, mini pastries, cupcakes, donuts, a chocolate fountain, and much more.

Simultaneously, “the farmer’s daughter” will host its own Thanksgiving feast from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The meal will start with roasted pepper hummus for the table, followed by a selection of soups and salads.

The main course presents a tough choice among various entrees, including carved NY Strip, roasted turkey, homemade pumpkin gnocchi, and bronzino. Family-style sides will complement the meal, leaving just enough room for the restaurant’s famous holiday desserts.

Adding to the festive spirit, Normandy Farm’s Executive Pastry Chef, Lisa Bucha, is set to unveil four new pie flavors. These 9-inch farm-fresh pies, created using time-tested recipes and crafted by skilled hands, are perfect for adding a touch of sweetness to any holiday table.

The pies are available for pre-order and can be picked up at “the farmer’s daughter” hostess stand on Tuesday, November 21, or Wednesday, November 22, between 11:30 AM and 8:00 PM.
