Gaucho’s Prime Celebrates the Brazilian Cowboy Lifestyle in King of Prussia

By

Gaucho’s Prime in King of Prussia is serving up all-you-can-eat-meat with a taste of the gaucho or South American cowboy lifestyle.

When Anderson Winck moved from Southern Brazil to the United States in 2006, he never forgot the culture of his childhood, according to 6abc.

Once here he worked at many different steakhouses, but now he has three of his own.

His latest restaurant and his first in the Philadelphia area is Gaucho’s Prime in King of Prussia. The all-you-can-eat fixed-price menu includes 18 cuts of meat served tableside by gauchos who cook and serve your meal.

Anderson said he hopes that all visitors to his restaurants enjoy a small taste of the Brazilian culture.
