The national chain Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is coming to Limerick Township, according to Ryan Kneller at 69 News WFMZ.

The fast-casual restaurant that specializes in cooked-to-order steakburgers made with “Freddy’s Famous Steakburger and Fry Seasoning” and frozen custard treats opened another Montgomery County location on Tuesday, October 17 at 70 Buckwalter Road, Suite 1500 in Limerick Township.

The freestanding restaurant seats 88 guests indoors, with additional patio seating. It also offers drive-thru service.

“We’re excited to enter this dynamic neighborhood and bring delicious, cooked-to-order food to the surrounding businesses and residents,” said the franchise owner Matt Melvin.

“Our focus on premium menu items, genuine hospitality and fast, friendly service makes us a desirable lunch and dinner choice for those who live, work and attend school in the area.”

Other menu items include grilled and crispy chicken sandwiches and popular sides like cheese curds, onion rings and chili cheese fries.

The chain has more than 500 restaurants across 36 states including in Hatfield, as well as Broomall and Brookhaven in Delaware County, and Exton and West Chester in Chester County.
