Caring Transitions is further expanding its senior relocation and transition services with its latest location in Ambler. 

The new franchise is owned and operated by Brian and Jennifer Gallagher, Montgomery County real estate agents. 

“We’ve come across situations where sellers are moving out of their lifelong homes and had so many belongings, and they didn’t know how to manage it all,” said Brian Gallagher.

“So instead of contacting several different companies to manage the move, junk removal, and estate sale, we can manage it all for them.” 

Caring Transitions is designed to help bring moving stress to the minimum by using specially trained professionals to compassionately oversee each detail of a senior’s transition. 

This includes decluttering, organizing, packing, move management, unpacking, and resettling, as well as cleanouts. 

Additionally, the company manages in-home and online estate sales. The online sales are hosted on CTBIDS, the company’s popular auction platform. 

The Gallaghers are lifelong Montgomery County residents. They have served the community in various roles, including Brian previously serving as a teacher and a pastor. Jennifer previously worked as a speech-language pathologist.
