Susan Noles of Aston Is a Contestant on ABC’s ‘Golden Bachelor’
Susan Noles from Aston, the ex-wife of Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Dickie Noles, is one of 22 women ages 60 to 75 hoping for a shot at love when “Golden Bachelor” premieres Sept. 28 on ABC, writes Franki Rudnesky for Philly Voice.
The women will vie for the attention of Gerry Turner whose wife died in 2017.
“Golden Bachelor” is a much-anticipated follow-up to ABC’s hit, “The Bachelor.”
Noles was married to pitcher Dickie Noles, who pitched in the 1980 World Series and now works for the team.
Susan Noles runs Nuptials by Noles, a company that officiates wedding ceremonies in the Philadelphia region. She’s spent many years working as a hair and makeup artist.
“I am 66, and my heart is wide open,” Noles said in a promotional video introducing the cast. “The last chapter is the best chapter.”
The avid Delaware County golfer owns a pair of pink go-go boots and loves concerts—her favorites are The Rolling Stones and Pink Floyd. She dreams of having lunch with Kris Jenner.
You’ll also find her spending time with her kids and six grandkids.
In her search for a “forever” mate, Noles is hoping Turner will be “athletic, funny and honest.”
