Narberth Native Kylie Kelce Joins Husband, Eagles Center Jason Kelce, on Podcast
Narberth native Kylie Kelce recently joined her husband, Eagles center Jason Kelce, and brother-in-law Travis Kelce on their New Heights podcast, to discuss a variety of topics, including the upcoming Kelce documentary, writes Isabella DiAmore for The Philadelphia Inquirer.
Kylie, who attended Lower Merion High School, met Jason on the online dating app Tinder. The couple fell in love soon after, even after a disastrous first date.
“[Jason] fell asleep 45 minutes after I got there on the bar table because he was too drunk,” said Kylie. “That was a good first date.”
Kylie also shared her initial thoughts about her husband wanting to make a documentary two years ago on what it is like for a professional athlete to walk away — even though he later changed his mind about retiring.
“I was perfectly fine with it; I was very supportive,” she said. “Until Jason came home one day and said, ‘Oh, I spoke to the production crew, and they said that you will need to be interviewed.’ I said, ‘Turns out no, I’m good.’ Then I got roped into it anyway.”
