Ardmore will be celebrating the fall season on Saturday, September 30 as it kicks off its Fall for Ardmore Festival and Oktoberfest, writes Max Bennett for Patch.

This is the second year for the event. The festival will run from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Schauffele Plaza, in the parking lot near Tired Hands Fermentaria.

Come enjoy shopping, food, beer, and music. Tired Hands Brewing Co., Iron Hill Brewery and others will be offering several beer selections including seasonal favorites. There will also be plenty to eat with many Oktoberfest-inspired foods on the menu including bratwurst, sauerkraut, pierogies and Bavarian pretzels.

Attendees will also be able to enjoy kid-friendly activities. Lulu’s Casita will be there with the Lulu’s on Wheels party bus.

Don’t miss the historic walking tour of Ardmore which will highlight the Windows into History project, a collaboration between the Ardmore Initiative, Lower Merion Conservancy, Lower Merion Historical Society, and Lower Merion Township.

Admission into the festival is free, but you will need tickets for entrance into the VIP Beer Garden experience.
