Two Montgomery County Schools Make Top 100 in 2024 Best Colleges Rankings

Haverford College's Founders Hall. In the latest rankings from Niche, two Montgomery County Colleges, Haverford and Bryn Mawr College, made the Top 100 in 2024 Best Colleges list.

In the latest rankings from Niche, two Montgomery County schools make the Top 100 in 2024 Best Colleges Rankings, writes Ryan Mulligan for Philadelphia Business Journal.

Villanova University earned the No. 56 spot and Haverford College the No. 70 spot. Haverford also ranked No. 15 among liberal arts schools.

Bryn Mawr College just missed the Top 100 with its No. 134 Niche ranking.

The University of Pennsylvania ranked No. 7 in the United States, both overall and for best value.

Nearby Swarthmore College ranked No. 33.

The methodology for this year’s rankings is a little different than previous years. SAT and ACT scores were not factored in. Niche also added an economic mobility index to measure how well students are able to improve their economic standing after graduation.
