Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers, the luxury home builder, has announced its plans to construct a new single-family home community in Worcester Township.

Bellflower by Toll Brothers will be located in Lansdale, near the intersection of Skippack Pike and Bethel Road. The construction has already started, and the community is expected to be completed and open for sale in early Fall.

Bellflower by Toll Brothers will include 16 new luxury homes in a lovely, wooded setting. There will be four home designs to choose from, ranging from 3,215 to 3,734+ square feet.

“We’re excited to introduce our newest luxury single-family home community to meet home buyer demand for this popular style of home,” said John Dean, Division President of Toll Brothers in Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

“Bellflower by Toll Brothers will offer residents the best in luxury living in an intimate community featuring large home sites and private backyards.”

The community will be perfectly positioned to enjoy nearby shopping, dining, arts, and entertainment, as well as recreational destinations. There are also Whole Foods and McCaffery’s stores nearby. King of Prussia Mall is also close, as is the Town Center at King of Prussia and Valley Forge National Historical Park.
