Hold the Breadsticks! Willow Grove Olive Garden to Change Locations

Willow Grove mall-goers will soon have to change their routes if they want to chow down on breadsticks. The pivotal Olive Garden location will be moving six miles away to a new building, according to the U.S. Sun. 

The new location will be at the former site of Brick House Tavern & Tap. There is no set date for the grand re-opening of the Italian restaurant chain, but the original Willow Grove location will shut its doors once the new location is open, which could be in the October/November timeframe. The owner did not give reasons for the closure.  

Olive Garden also plans to shut its location down in Owings Mills, Maryland. Inflation has been a driver in the shuttering of restaurants.  

Key restaurant chains across the east coast have shut down locations, such as Applebee’s in Queens, New York.  

The new location of the Willow Grove Olive Garden will be on Easton Road.
