Hotel West and Main Launches New Lunch Menu in Time for Father’s Day

It is almost Father’s Day and research shows that many fathers prefer to eat at home on their special day, but if they want to celebrate out at a restaurant, Conshohocken’s Hotel West and Main has a new lunch menu, according to Jennaphr Frederick for Fox29.

Frederick met with Executive Chef Zack Wannawong who heads the kitchens of the hotel’s two restaurants, 1874 Social and Hook & Ladder, to talk burgers in time for Father’s Day.

Both restaurants offer delicious burgers on their menu, of course, a fancier version adorned with lobster upstairs at Hook & Ladder. Downstairs at 1874 Social you can enjoy a simpler, but still delicious burger with truffle aioli and arugula on the bottom and cheddar on top.

If you want to make burgers at home, Wannawong suggests letting your burger patties rest for an hour in the refrigerator before putting them on the grill. Be sure to add a lot of salt for seasoning before grilling.
