‘Mare of Easttown’ Creator Shooting New Film Just Outside of Bucks County

The creator of a popular television show is filming his new movie in an area just outside of Bucks County, and fans are excited for finished product. Franki Rudnesky wrote about the film in the PhillyVoice.

Brad Ingelsby, the creator of the popular series “Mare of Easttown”, is filming a new movie in the area of Stockton in Hunterdon County, right outside of Bucks County. The film, “Echo Valley”, is a thriller that follows a horse trainer, played by Julianne Moore, who finds herself entwined in a series of myserteous events that involve her daughter.

“We just finished wrapping our first week,” said actress Sydney Sweeney, who plays the daughter. “I’m so excited for this movie, it’s dark and it’s crazy. You’re going to love it.”

Ingelsby has used the local area in his works before. A native of Berwyn, the producer attended Villanova University. His popular television series takes place in Philadelphia, with many scenes shot in Delaware County.
