Some of the factors taken into consideration include the area’s population (62,905), median home sale price ($358,090), median household income ($77,586), and the area’s Sharecare Community Wellbeing Score (66).
“This suburban area is uniquely located near the Pennsylvania–New Jersey state border, which runs directly through the winding Delaware River just south of Bensalem, making it a great place to call home that feels close to everything—but also a world away.”
