
For Easter Sunday, hop over to Normandy Farm for a no-stress feast. The restaurant “the farmer’s daughter” is offering two egg-cellent options for an Easter dinner on April 9.
For early risers, a brunch buffet will be served up in the Grand Ballroom from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a robust bounty of Easter delights.
Guests can choose from pancakes, waffles, prime rib, a smoked ham carving station, shrimp cocktail and oyster bar, as well as soups and salads.
The executive pastry chef will also serve a sensation desert spread that every bunny will enjoy.
For guests who are looking for something more formal, “the farmer’s daughter” will be hosting a prix-fixe five-course dinner between 1 and 6 in the evening.
The meal begins with hickory smoked deviled eggs served family style. They’re followed by soup, salad, and a lemon intermezzo. Entrées vary from roasted red pepper gnocchi to Jail Island salmon to cast-iron seared lamb chops and beyond.
