The site, at 700 American Ave. is the company’s fifth in Pennsylvania. It is located off 1st Ave., facing the rear façade of King of Prussia Mall, between Route 422 and Allendale Road.
The new office will serve community regions that include:
- Ardmore
- Bristol
- Churchville
- Fairless Hills
- King of Prussia
- Morrisville
- Philadelphia and Northeast Philadelphia
- Richboro
- Willow Grove
City Wide Facility Solutions provides local building owners and property management companies with services for carpet cleaning, event assistance, janitorial work, and parking-lot maintenance.
“As someone who used to have to work with independent contractors in order to make sure the facilities I was responsible for were being properly maintained, I understand the difficulty of having to manage that all on your own,” said Glen Reynolds, a former sales and operations executive who opened the new office. “Having someone who can handle all of that for you and take it off your plate is a real game-changer.”
Founded in 1961, the company began franchising in 2001 and has more than 80 sales territories in the United States and Canada.
