Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Enrollment
Coach positions.

This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses
and off-site locations. The primary office location is the Blue Bell campus.

Evenings and weekends required as needed, especially during peak times of the year.

This position requires Pa. Child Abuse, Pa. State Police, and FBI fingerprinting
clearances for employment.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with prospective students and applicants
  • Assisting applicants with enrollment process
  • Meeting with prospective students and applicants to discuss academic programs, financial aid information, and course options
  • Assisting with college tours, campus presentations, and off-campus events

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree
  • Bi-lingual abilities preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management tools (CRM) and database software use
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual goals and positively contribute to overall team goals
  • Customer service and sales or marketing experience
  • Previous experience working in student services in a higher education environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evening and weekends
  • Ability to travel to off-campus sites
