Winterfest Goes Dark for Dec. 10 King of Prussia Town Center Event … It’s Still On, Just Adding Evening Hours
Winterfest, the annual holiday event at the King of Prussia Town Center returns for its fifth edition on Dec. 10. But this year, it will have an added glow.
The 1–4 PM edition will be as entertaining as ever, with a roster that includes:
- A Candy Wonderland (a winter-themed candy buffet)
- The Kid’s Corner (with an ornament workshop, face painting, and caricature artists)
- School choir performances
- Photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus
But after a two-hour pause, the fun begins again, this time after sunset, when the Town Center, festively decorated, will take on a unique holiday glow.
Called “Winterfest After Dark,” part two of this gathering runs from 6–9 PM, still onsite at the Town Center.
The starry sky will not only heighten the magic of the night, it will also enable performers like the scheduled fire dancers to really shine. Other evening performers include musicians.
Attendees are invited to add to the visuals by wearing holiday-themed outfits. Whether this is a simple Santa hat or a truly horrid Christmas sweater is up to those who come.
Should it rain — or, more in keeping with the theme of the event, snow — Winterfest will be deferred one day to Dec. 11 with the same schedule of times.
