Turkey Day 2022’s Fast Approach Is No Reason to Get Those Culinary Feathers in a Ruffle
Martha Stewart may be able to whip up a stellar Thanksgiving meal on a shortened timeline (it’s just nine days away), but that doesn’t mean Montgomery County culinarians are able — or even willing — to do the same. Luckily, local Thanksgiving restaurant menus are stuffed with delicious main course, sides, and desserts that simplify the task of a major meal for which familial expectations are high.
The following 18 recommendations — some dine-in, some carry-out, some both — will make many a home chef grateful that he or she offloaded the meal-prep task to a pro.
Eat-In/Take-Out Meals
Autana Authentic Venezuelan Food
4 Station Rd, Ardmore
Allow Autana fill the Thanksgiving table with its traditional Venezuelan cuisines for takeout. The two meal options include traditional hallaca (a corn dough stuffed with meat), chicken salad, and turkey bread with raisins and olives. Dessert is a homemade pumpkin bundt cake.
Orders will be ready for pickup from 9 AM to 12 PM on Nov. 24.

Black Powder Tavern

The Black Powder Tavern offers a savory buffet feast featuring a traditional turkey dinner and all trimmings.

Capital Grille
236 Mall Blvd, King of Prussia
Capital Grille will be offering Thanksgiving meals in its dining room, as well as the option for its “Sides at Home” servings (pickup sharable meal accompaniments for four people, available Nov 23–24).
The three-course restaurant experience will feature traditional holiday dishes, along with pumpkin cheesecake.
Reservations are highly recommended for restaurant dining.

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood
670 West Dekalb Pike, King of Prussia
Eddie V’s is the place “…where even the gravy is served with a side of glamour.”
Eddie’s will be serving up a prix fixed meal with turkey (and that glamorous gravy), fresh greens, stuffing, squash and more. Make reservations ahead of time.

Pricing: $47 per person; $17 for children.
Fogo de Chao
King of Prussia Town Center, Building L 155 Main Street, King of Prussia
Dine-in, take-out
Reservations are required for restaurant dining.
Fogo de Chao is offering to-go dinner and a dine-in option featuring the Churrasco Experience on Thanksgiving Day. The holiday menu features roasted turkey au jus, Brazilian sausage and apple dressing, and traditional dishes.
Dine-in hours: 11 AM to 9 PM
Pricing: standard dinner cost; children six and under are complimentary; children 7–12 are half off.
As for takeout, the seasonal specials will generously serve up to six. Orders are open now and will be taken as supplies last. Holiday order pick-up or delivery begins Nov. 15.
Founding Farmers
King of Prussia Town Center, 255 Main Street, Suite 180
Founding Farmers is offering three ways to celebrate Thanksgiving with your family. The restaurant will be open for Thanksgiving Day dining, offering its traditional prix fixe menus, plus a few Farmers’ favorites (southern fried chicken, cornbread stuffing and Farmers salad). For diners who still have the room after that feast, the kitchen is offering 11 different pie options.
Reservations are recommended to ensure availability.
Dine-in hours: 11 AM to 8 PM
Pricing: $43.99 per person, $20 for children 12 and under.
The prix fixe menu is also available for take-out as well.
Preorders for Ready-to-Eat Meals are already being taken; order for Heat & Eat Thanksgiving Weekend meals begin Nov. 18, with pick-up on Nov. 23.
Iron Abbey and Nabrasa Brazilian Steakhouse
680 Easton Road, Horsham
Iron Abbey and Nabrasa want Thanksgiving to be a relaxing holiday, with its in-house chefs handling the work.
Full-bird orders, which serves up to 18 guests, can be placed until Nov. 15; the small-family package (for four) can be ordered for take out until Nov. 22. The restaurant also provides a meal for one.
Prices vary.
All meals will be ready for pickup on Thanksgiving Day between 12–3 PM.
The Mill
1700 Sumneytown Pike, Kulpsville
Take-out from The Mill covers turkey, gravy, choice of potatoes, pear-sausage stuffing, and fixings.
Pumpkin pies are also available for order.
Cost: $29.96 per person.

Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue
160 N Gulph Rd, Suite 1397. King of Prussia
Enjoy a southern style Thanksgiving at Morgan’s or at home. Morgan’s will be serving up smoked organic free-range turkey with side dishes on Thanksgiving Day.
Reservations are recommended.
Dine-in hours: 12–8 PM.
Cost: $30 per person.
Its full takeout thanksgiving package for $325 (feeds up to 12) that includes a whole smoked turkey, stuffing, and sweet potatoes. Or a whole smoked turkey for with gravy for $220.
Pick-up orders must be placed before 4 PM on Nov. 21.
Morton’s The Steakhouse
640 W Dekalb Pike, Suite 1250, King of Prussia
Thanksgiving at Morton’s can mean a traditional turkey feast or the restaurant’s signature steaks. A seasonal dessert option is the pumpkin cheesecake with sea-salt caramel filling.

Nabrasa Brazilian Steakhouse
680 Easton Road, Horsham
Nabrasa is serving onsite diners (with reservations) while also providing a carry-out homemade Thanksgiving feast that encompasses 15 cuts of meat and a salad bar with more than 40 items.

Pepperoncini
72 Poplar Street, Conshohocken
Order a catered Thanksgiving meal from Pepperoncini’s in Conshohocken, where options include crowd-pleasing appetizers and memorable sides.
Orders must be placed by Nov. 18 and will be available for pick-up on Nov. 23.

Revolution Chop House at the Valley Forge Casino Resort
1160 First Avenue, King of Prussia
Revolution Chop House at the Valley Forge Casino will be serving up a full Thanksgiving Dinner in addition to its regular menu items.

Wegmans

Wegmans Thanksgiving takeout encompasses not only turkey but other options such as ham. And the dinners can serve from 12 guests to just one.
There are sides, too, and desserts.
Carry-out orders will be ready between Nov. 18 and Nov. 24.
White Dog Café
200 W Lancaster Avenue, Wayne
The take-out from the White Dog Café is farm to table, just like the first Thanksgiving.
Holiday meals, which serve up to 10, must be ordered by Nov. 18 and picked up on Nov. 23 from 2–6 PM.
