C&N Bank Donation Helps Pathway School Make Inroads with Students

C&N Bank has donated $30,000 to Jeffersonville’s Pathway School, under the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC). 

The Pathway School is a nonprofit special education school. Founded in 1961, it serves students ages 5–21 with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, emotional disturbances, and other neurological impairments.

The school’s mission is to build academic, social, and life skills among students with special needs to promote their success and independence after Pathway.

David Schultheis, President and CEO of The Pathway School shared, “The Pathway School proudly partners with C&N supporting local students with special education needs. Generous support from partners like C&N helps Pathway provide state-of-the-art science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) learning programs, as well as programs in the arts, such as drama, the visual arts, music, and career education to students in the greater Philadelphia region and beyond.”

On hand to present the check and represent C&N were Blair T. Rush, President of C&N’s Southeast Region, and Bob Kile, SVP, Senior Commercial Lending Relationship Manager.

Rush commented, “C&N is honored to support The Pathway School as they continue to endeavor on their vital mission and offer high-quality programs and services that provide students with the opportunity to meet their full potential.
