JM Search, a King of Prussia search firm, turned its expertise in hiring excellence inward, bringing four recruiting experts onboard.

The move is in response to a banner year; the service provider saw a 139 percent growth increase for 1Q2022, which followed a 73 percent rise for all of 2021.

Bringing more than 80 years of combined recruitment experience are:

• Michael Banks, handling financial executive searches
• Dan Kielar, supplying expertise in tech hiring
• Wes Miller, connecting trades such as construction and engineering with available experts
• Jeff Moulton, assisting marketing entities hunting for talent
