David Dastmalchian Joins Dark Horse Comics in King of Prussia Friday

Dastmalchian, known for his roles in “The Dark Knight,” “The Suicide Squad,” “The Boogeyman” and “Oppenheimer,” has also created Dark Comics’ Count Crowley series along with Lukas Ketner.

David Dastmalchian, an actor and writer who was born in Pennsylvania, will join Dark Horse Comics this Friday, the 13th at the Famous Monsters Festival in King of Prussia, writes Anthony Composto for Monkeys Fighting Robots.

Dastmalchian, known for his roles in “The Dark Knight,” “The Suicide Squad,” “The Boogeyman” and “Oppenheimer,” has also created Dark Comics’ Count Crowley series along with Lukas Ketner.

He will hold a Q & A panel at the convention at 7 p.m.

Dark Horse will be selling copies of the horror series on Friday night. Dark Horse Comics will also have copies on hand of the upcoming “Headless Horseman Halloween Annual,” the publishers first annual Halloween anthology with five stories from different creators, including one from Dastmalchian. The other featured creators include Angela Slatter, Lukas Ketner, Olivia Stephens, and Phillip Sevy.

“The Headless Horseman Annual” will also be available in comic shops on October 18, 2023.
