It would take something truly significant for a Montgomery County resident to earn mention in the London tabloid Daily Mail. Unless, of course, that local was star Bradley Cooper. Alex Oliveira, in typical tabloid fashion, unearthed a months-long “secret” relationship between Cooper and political insider Huma Abedin.
Cooper, as everyone knows, is the actor who skyrocketed from his Abington Township roots to an Academy Award-nominated actor.
Abedin was once a top aide to Hillary Clinton and wife to disgraced former Sen. Anthony Weiner.
A little black book of Cooper’s (more likely his phone app) may still contain contact information on a string of now-legacy companions: singer-actress Dianna Agron, actress Zoe Saldana, actress Renee Zellweger, and ex-wife Jennifer Esposito.
Lada Gaga may be in there, too, given the proximity between the stars in filming A Star Is Born (2018). But both performers have characterized the connection as friends-only.
As prodigious as he is romantically, Cooper is 0 for 9 in the Oscar race; however, he may have received an even greater honor: He was named 2011’s sexiest man alive by People magazine.
