Management of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge has been taken over by Synergy Hospitality Management, a Wayne-based hospitality management company, writes Laura Smythe for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Following a $14 million renovation, Synergy Hospitality Management plans to restore the Chesterbrook hotel as a “market leader” in the King of Prussia area.

Synergy Hospitality Management was brought on to manage the property by its Texas-based owner, Colmar Hotels. The company recently wrapped up large-scale renovations of the site it acquired in 2018. Additionally, the hotel will become home to an outpost of the Texas restaurant Cool River.

Synergy Hospitality Management is currently working on bringing the hotel back to its high revenue and occupancy levels.

Before the pandemic, it was one of the best in the King of Prussia hotel market from a fiscal perspective, according to President Stephen Field at Synergy.

The hotel has the advantage of being positioned close to the center of King of Prussia, as well as Chesterbrook Corporate Center office park.

“We have a vision for the property to be the first choice of the corporate traveler in the King of Prussia market,” Field said.
