Penn State Great Valley will host its 10th annual golf outing to support campus programs on Tuesday, May 17 at the Applecross Country Club in Downingtown. The first $25,000 raised will be matched by the university, creating double the impact.
This year’s outing will support the Great Valley LaunchBox, which helps early-stage entrepreneurs by inspiring, advising, and educating startups and founders with a collaborative community of peers, mentorship, and professional resources. Additional services include office hours, meetings, workshops, speaker series, and co-working space, among other things.
Funds raised from the golf outing will also provide scholarship support for talented and deserving students.
Multiple levels of sponsorship are available. As a sponsor, you will receive:
- buffet lunch for all participants
- shotgun start at noon with refreshments on the course, including a roving beverage cart
- cocktail reception in the clubhouse
- buffet dinner, silent auction, awards, and prizes
