Wawa, Inc. is thrilled to announce the opening of its new store in Harleysville, located at 201 Main Street.

To celebrate the grand opening, Wawa hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring first responders, local officials, and charity partners.

The grand opening of this location is the 11^th Wawa store to open in Pennsylvania in 2021 to date, with the 12^th opening on the same day in Boothwyn, PA.

Wawa’s newest store is a relocation from its original location at 373 Main Street.

The new location has Wawa’s signature fresh food and beverages, convenience and packaged goods and services, and now has the added convenience of a fuel court with six MDP’s able to fuel 12 vehicles.

Bringing Boundless Convenience with Wawa’s Newest Offerings at Harleysville store

“We are thrilled to reinvest in the Harleysville community with a new store that provides all of the latest designs, services, and products that Wawa has to offer.  We look forward to welcoming our new friends and neighbors in the Harleysville community to our new store,” he said.

Wawa recognized everyday heroes in the Lower Salford Township Police Department and Harleysville Fire Company and EMS who competed in Wawa’s signature “Hoagies for Heroes” hoagie building competition with $1,000 donation to each department’s charity of choice.

As part of its 2021 growth, Wawa is enhancing its commitment to provide customers and communities with the highest level of convenience by extending beyond the store’s four walls and meeting customers where they live, on their terms – with more options and more access.

This new Harleysville store will not only have all of Wawa’s customer favorites, but also new innovations in convenience including mobile ordering, curbside pickup, delivery options, and its newest Catering Online offer where customers can order favorite Wawa foods for their upcoming events here.

Katie Wargo will serve as general manager of the new Harleysville Wawa store, leading a team of approximately 40 associates.  

The new store will offer Wawa’s newest food innovations as well as numerous Wawa brands, such as the award-winning coffee (195 million cups sold annually); the Sizzli, Wawa’s hot breakfast sandwich; Wawa’s new line of specialty beverages (hot, cold, iced and frozen); the Bakery; built-to-order hoagies (80 million sold annually); and Wawa’s beverage line of dairy products, juices, and teas.
