The co-owners opened a new Saladworks in Lansdale on January 15. The eatery is located in the Pavilion shopping centre and features upward of 60 ingredients that can be mixed and matched and offered in salads, wraps, grain bowls, and soups, among others.

Together, the siblings have more than 27 years of experience in the foodservice industry.

So while preparing to open their latest venture, they ensured to implement the latest in COVID-19 protections.

“We were scared about opening, we just wanted people not to be offended that we’re not doing seating,” said Kinnari. “But people have been so nice, saying ‘We’re so happy to have you back,’ ‘We didn’t know you guys were open.’ They just have all been so friendly.”

The pair has set out two main priorities for their restaurant. They want to hire new employees and make sure that those who are already on board are taken care of.

“We want to offer careers,“ said Kinnari.
