Downingtown-based Victory Brewing is doing its part to help hospitality workers who have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic by selling T-shirts to benefit the Hospitality Assistance Response of PA, according to a staff report from the Beaver County Times.
HARP is an initiative that provides financial relief to hospitality workers throughout the state who have lost their jobs due to COVID-19. It also provides hospitality workers with a variety of leads on finding temporary employment.
The local brewery famous for its craft beers that include HopDevil and Golden Monkey is selling the “Victory HARP Tee” for $20 on its online store. All of the proceeds will go towards helping to fund the initiative. The T-shirts will be available while supplies last.
It features a design by illustrator Mario Zucca. According to Victory’s website, company co-founder Bill Covaleski teamed up with the artist to “reimagine the Victory Kegman, first sketched by Bill in 1994, into a thoughtful and modern symbol of strength and service.”
