Ambler-based Phenom is continuing its rapid growth with the acquisition of Amsterdam-based Endouble, writes Michelle Caffrey for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The human resources tech company’s second acquisition in three months is in line with its plans to expand in European markets.

Endouble builds career websites for companies such as Dutch Railway and Driscoll’s.

“With our second acquisition in three months, we’re growing our presence and talent across Europe,” said Mahe Bayireddi, CEO of Phenom. “We’re excited to begin working with Endouble’s customers, as they’ve already demonstrated a commitment to candidate experience that resonates with us.”

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Endouble currently has 28 employees in Rotterdam, where Phenom already has an office. Phenom will bring on some of the staff from the acquired company but has not yet decided what the final number will be.

With this latest addition, Phenom will employ more than 800 people across three continents, with around 250 of them in the U.S. Of that, 171 are in the Philadelphia area.

The company previously acquired Palo Alto-based My Ally, which uses artificial intelligence tech to improve the recruiting process.
