Montgomery County features 80 world-class hotels. This week The Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board spotlights the Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton, in King of Prussia as Hotel of the Week.

The rejuvenation project completely transformed the property into a self-contained hotel that pairs top-notch hospitality, outstanding dining, and high-end fitness amenities with the modern comforts and conveniences that today’s travelers have come to expect.

With 327 newly-renovated, luxurious guest rooms, 25,000-square-feet of event space, an outdoor venue, and two dining options, the Alloy is a one-stop shop. From wedding ceremonies and receptions, to virtual meetings and large corporate events, the hotel can host a variety of functions with enough room to keep guests spaced at a safe distance.

“The health and safety of our guests, and team members, has always been our top priority,” said Jennifer Shipman, Director of Sales and Marketing. “The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to raise our standards to an even higher level with new procedures for the current circumstances.”

With Hilton’s CleanStay program, guests can expect all surfaces to be wiped down with hospital-grade cleaners as well as the additional disinfecting of switches, electronic controls, handles and knobs, major bathroom surfaces, and the TV remote control.

After each room has been cleaned, a housekeeping inspector will verify that the room meets CleanStay standards, and will place a Hilton CleanStay Room Seal with Lysol protection over the door to ensure guests of its cleanliness.

Hilton’s EventReady with CleanStay was designed to create event experiences that are clean, flexible, safe, and socially responsible with curated solutions such as redesigned event spaces and innovative technology resources.

Hilton’s EventReady provides guests with elevated procedures for cleanliness and sanitation, a completed EventReady Room Checklist, and a Hilton CleanStay Event Room Seal applied once room cleaned.

To ensure an even cleaner and safer overnight stay, information on cleanliness programs for all Montco hotels can be found on the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board’s Montco Wellness for Events page.
