Sr. Manager or Director, Global Demand Operations & Technology

This position recommends and defines lead management processes and best practices including lead dispositioning, routing and assignment and data management practices; optimizes and refines processes for continued improvements; and creates agile processes and conducts A/B testing.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 years of experience, including detailed experience running diverse types of marketing and sales operations initiatives; a deep understanding of lead management best practices; and strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM.
