Consortium of Local Universities to Host Virtual College Fair Targeted Toward Working Adults on Aug. 13

By

PhillyColleges, a consortium of more than 20 colleges and universities located in Greater Philadelphia, will host a free virtual college fair on Thursday, Aug. 13.

Targeted toward working adults, the event will give attendees one-stop access to several undergraduate, graduate, and certificate/professional development programs represented by the consortium’s member schools.

The event will be broadcast at both 1 PM and 5 PM; attendees can choose to attend either one or both sessions. In addition to the program information provided by schools, attendees will also have a chance to hear representatives from financial aid and career services departments.

Greater Philadelphia is home to one of the richest networks of colleges and universities in the country. It can be difficult for regional employers to access such a diverse network for their training, development, and employment needs; PhillyColleges was birthed over 10 years ago from the desire to bridge that gap.

By tapping into the PhillyColleges network, you will have the ability to easily connect to more than 20 local colleges and universities and their resources specifically geared toward the adult learner population.

Penn State Great Valley, West Chester University, Neumann University, and Immaculata University are members of PhillyColleges.
