Nappen & Associates’ Newest Tenant to Play Crucial Role in Combating COVID-19 Pandemic

Nappen & Associates newest tenant, Provident Packaging Corporation, will play a crucial role in combating the coronavirus pandemic.

The Philadelphia-based packaging service, recently acquired by Jillamy Supply Chain Logistics, has signed a lease with Nappen & Associates for a 30,000-square-foot industrial building in the Bonair Industrial Center in Warminster.

The space, which is equipped with two tailgates, two drive-in doors, and an 18-foot high ceiling high, will meet all of Provident’s warehouse needs.

Executive Vice President of Nappen & Associates, Connie Riegler, has played a key role in executing the lease.

Provident is currently in the process of being rebranded under the Jillamy name and logo. It is also partnering with American Safety Clothing to help in the manufacture and packaging of Personal Protective Equipment single-use face shields.

Right now, Jillamy is assembling 16,000 shields each day, with the assistance of 24 team members. These essential materials are then being packaged and sent off to assist front-line workers throughout the greater Philadelphia area by Provident.

Provident’s Warminster operation is one of the many warehousing and packing projects that are performing under Jillamy’s GMP – good managing practices – compliance methodology.
