Montgomeryville-based Nappen & Associates has expanded its 3.3-million-square-foot portfolio with two new projects in Quakertown and Hatfield.

The 125,000-square-foot warehouse in Quakertown that was started in September last year is nearing completion. This state-of-the-art facility is the industrial/flex real estate developer’s third real estate venture in the Quakertown area.

The new facility has a strategic location that gives prospective tenants access to both Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley markets. It is also just minutes away from Route 309 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Additionally it features 16 tailgates with levelers, 4 drive-in doors, an ESFR sprinkler system, and 290 parking spaces and will have 33’6” in clearance height.

The developer also recently broke ground on a property that will be home to one of its largest projects to date. The industrial warehouse in Hatfield will be 213,592 square feet and offer 42’ of clearance height.

And with the industrial real estate market beginning to shift towards higher ceiling heights, particularly in industrial hubs like Lehigh Valley, this high clearance will make it a unique property on the Montgomery County industrial real estate market.

This property will feature 32 tailgates with levelers, 4 drive-in doors, an ESFR sprinkler system, and 529 parking spaces.
