See How Montgomery County Companies Did On Forbes’ Best Employers For Diversity 2020 List

By

For the fourth year in a row, CSL Limited, the parent company of King of Prussia-based CSL Behring, has been named one of the best employers in the world.

Three Montgomery County companies are among the best employers in the country for diversity for 2020, according to a new ranking recently published by Forbes.

To compile its third annual America’s Best Employers For Diversity, Forbes partnered with the market research firm Statista.

The ranking was determined by surveying more than 60,000 employees nationwide that work for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. It also examined the diversity of the companies’ top executive teams and boards.

Other factors that were considered included whether the companies have leaders that promote diversity and if a company proactively communicates about the topic.

The highest rated company from Montgomery County is IKEA, the Swedish home furnishings giant with its U.S. headquarters in Conshohocken, at No. 171.

Next is King of Prussia-based CSL at No. 266, followed by ICON in North Wales at No. 391.

Meanwhile, the best employer for diversity in the nation is European multinational software corporation SAP, which has its North American headquarters in neighboring Delaware County. The company jumped eight spots from its position last year.
