Risk Manager

This position supports company-wide visibility of risk management and loss control programs and initiatives; negotiates policy renewals, premium, and coverages on assigned policy load; and acts as a liaison with insurance brokers, insurance carriers, and outside business partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible insurance / risk management experience in a commercial property and casualty role; excellent knowledge of P&C insurance policy terms and conditions; and experience negotiating contracts and insurance provisions.

Mortgage Trainer

This position assists in creating training materials for instructor-led training using appropriate instructional development methods; delivers training to large and small groups in a variety of settings; and maintains the curriculum, policy and procedures manual, and training materials as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of instructional design experience and training experience in the financial services field; mortgage banking experience; accomplished presentation skills, including development and delivery; and strong writing and editing skills.

Senior Accounting Manager

This position prepares closing journal entries, reviews general ledger accounting entries, and performs general ledger account analysis; assists with quarterly and annual external and internal audit processes; and analyzes financial information and other key reports for management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA license; a minimum of eight years of relevant accounting experience; prior supervisory experience; strong financial reporting experience and knowledge of internal controls; and strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
