Patient Service Representative

This position enhances patients and customers experiences by providing clerical and technical support; and works at the front desk of an outpatient medical office by verifying insurance and demographic information, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments; and billing insurance.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; one to two years of related work experience; experience delivering exceptional customer service; and knowledge of general office functions and procedures including ICD-9 and CPT codes, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations.

Practice Manager – Montgomery Family Practice

This position manages the operations of Fornance Physician Services medical practice; oversees and directs implementation of all policies and procedures for the practice; ensures that all contacts with patients, physicians, coworkers, and families are carried out in a helpful and courteous manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in health administration or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of practice management and managerial experience in a healthcare environment; and experience with CPT and ICD-9 CM coding and E&M coding.

Triage/Clinical Coordinator

This position assesses patients over the telephone to determine the most appropriate course of action; helps the practice manager and staff promote a harmonious work environment; and displays concern and provides assistance as appropriate to callers or in face-to-face situations.

The ideal candidate will possess an RN degree and one to three years of experience in a medical practice or hospital setting; experience in proper documentation of medical information into progress notes; and two to four years of experience in a medical practice as a telephone triage nurse.
