Rose Bridge Farm and Sanctuary in Dresher is a safe haven for rescued farm animals that are waiting to be adopted and taken to their forever homes, writes Katie Katro for the 6ABC.

“It started with a lamb and then another goat and then we started doing it just for the love of it,“ said farm owner Kristin Sutch.

The farm takes in animals mostly from dairy auctions and then looks for a permanent home for them. The most common animals found on the farm are goats.

“People think goats are just farm animals but they really aren’t,“ said Sutch. “They are very special. They are just like dogs.“

The 13-acre oasis is also an ideal place for animal lovers who can sign up for baby goat bottle feedings and snuggling workshops to help properly socialize these fury babies. Visitors can even cuddle with a baby cow, which has been scientifically proven to be therapeutic.

The farm also offers yoga classes and was recently visited by Philadelphia Eagles. They even joined in on one of the sessions for charity.
