Hamilton Lane has signed a long-term lease to move its Bala Cynwyd headquarters to a yet-to-be-developed Seven Towers building in Conshohocken to get its employees under one roof, writes Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The company’s headquarters is currently housed in three buildings in Bala Cynwyd. In its search for a new home, the company has been looking at properties from Bala Cynwyd to Gulph Mills, taking into consideration the commute times for its employees and the time it would take to visit clients and investors.

“Our primary goal was to find a location that would allow us to combine our various Philadelphia-based operations, while giving us the flexibility to grow over time at the right price point,” said Kevin Lucey, Hamilton Lane COO.

In addition to looking for a place that would bring all of its operations under one roof, the company had to forecast its personnel growth in the area over the next five, 10, and 15 years as part of the search.

“Seven Tower Bridge checked all of those boxes,” said Lucey.
