Comic Con for Kids Makes World Premiere in Oaks


Comic Con for Kids, by the Guinness World Record-setting creators of family entertainment experiences, in partnership with iHeart Radio, will make its world premiere October 12-13, 2019 for an estimated 20,000 children and their families at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.

“Comic Con for Kids is the world that the next generation is living in, and it’s a chance for parents to not only understand it, but also give their children the unforgettable moments that convert their screen time to family time,” Comic Con for Kids Co-Creator Chad Collins said in a press release. “Whatever kids are into today – Comic Con for Kids is a home for that.”

According to the release, Comic Con for Kids will span  almost 5 acres and will include exhibitors such as intel, The Franklin Institute, LEGOLAND Discovery Center, Mid-Atlantic Droid and Prop Builders; more than 50 different comic and anime featured artists; meet and greets with YouTube gamers like Fortnite superstar Ali-A and girl gaming hero Clare Siobhan; plus cosplay dance contests, hand-on exhibits and superhero science, the Intel NUC Gaming Zone, and an Indie gaming mecca.
