Admissions Counselor

This position plans, manages, and conducts recruitment and counseling activities in a specific geographic territory; develops and implements strategic recruiting plans; manages follow-up communication to prospective students, parents, and counselors; and interviews prospective students.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; excellent oral and written communication and leadership skills; keen attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills related to program/project management; and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Powercampus.

Dental Assisting Operations Coordinator

This position coordinates the operation of dental clinical and educational facilities; performs equipment and inventory control; operates and coordinates digital technologies; oversees front desk procedures and supervision of students; and manages quality assurance policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess dental assisting clinical experience; knowledge of dental equipment use and maintenance; good organizational and interpersonal skills; experience in dental software and technology; and the ability to supervise students.

Admissions Support Specialist

This position processes applicant files including sending acceptance letters, processing admissions files and fees, and updating electronic applicant records; assists with weekly reports and report distribution; and works with applicants to answer general questions and complete application files.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and a minimum of three years of admissions experience; working knowledge of Powercampus and data entry experience; and strong customer service experience and the ability to work with a team.
