This position oversees the operations and marketing of the community; applies sound fiscal management skills to the development, management, and adherence to the budget; and ensures the submission of payment of accounts payable.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three years of leadership experience in senior housing; successful leadership and marketing skills; a Personal Care Administrator license; and the ability to handle conflict, problems, and emergency situations.

Resident Service Director (Glen Mills)

This position manages the resident services department and ensures quality care and services are provided to all residents; provides effective and efficient organization and staffing of the department; and monitors the outcomes of department activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing; two years of experience in an assisted living environment; three years of experience in a position with management and leadership responsibilities; and an RN license in good standing.

Resident Assistant (Glen Mills)

This position reports changes in residents’ conditions to the designated charge person at the end of each shift; reminds residents to take medication and helps open medication containers; and supervises, assists, and provides assistance to residents with showers, baths, and dressing.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid, unrestricted Pennsylvania CNA certification; experience reading vital signs and supervising medication; effective time management skills; and CPR/First Aid certifications.
