Montgomery County Community College Foundation’s Planned Giving Advisory Council is presenting a free seminar, “Estate Planning for Dummies (and Smart People, Too!)” on Friday, February 15, from 8 to 10 a.m. in College Hall, First Floor, Central Campus, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell.
