Board President, Dan Zuena, said a few encouraging words about the year ahead of the Art Center pointing to new strategies, resources, and programs Ronaldo is creating.

“I’m thrilled about 2019. our Board is strong, our staff is talented, and our new ED is an experienced and enthusiastic manager. Ronaldo is already fostering new partnerships and mapping the foundations landscape to expand our institutional giving efforts. And we’re excited about “Art Around the World”, a lecture series he’s hoping to kick-off in February,” said Zuena.

Ronaldo Ribeiro also shared a few words with the guests: “The Whitemarsh Art Center has so much history. During our ‘Art for Ages 60+,’ two ladies were telling me about their having frequently come to the Center for the past 35 years. Their stories were moving. As they painted, they joked around with each other. It was formidable. I’m honored to be in this position and will do my best to serve the community. I’m so fortunate… I feel like I’m crashing an amazing party!” said Ribeiro.
