Maintenance Director (Exton)

This position performs general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs; prepares apartments for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets, and other general maintenance; and conducts daily inspections of the building exterior and ground equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess two years of related maintenance experience and formal training in carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing, and/or cleaning; demonstrate effective supervisory/leadership experience; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Memory Care Director (Exton)

This position implements and coordinates the Bridge to Recovery Program; develops dementia programs for various levels of resident ability; and provides staff training and assists in determining appropriate staffing ratios.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in social work, an RN, or certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist; a minimum of one year of current experience working with individuals with Alzheimer’s or related diseases; and experience in staff leadership.

Licensed Practical Nurse (Exton)

This position institutes appropriate nursing intervention required to stabilize a resident’s condition; makes daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status; responds to resident and family concerns; and coordinates admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.

The ideal candidate will possess an LPN license and experience in long-term care of geriatric patients; two to four years of related experience; current CPR certification and other specialty certifications; and good problem-solving and math skills.

Business Office Manager (Cherry Hill, N.J.)

This position oversees the functions of the community business office and performs office support duties for the executive director; maximizes cash flow through efficient billing and collection processes; and oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, resident funds, and cash receipts.

The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of bookkeeping and administrative experience; working knowledge of financial statements and automated financial software; and knowledge of accounting procedures to maintain petty cash, resident fund, payroll, and receivables.
