‘New’ East Norriton Pharmacy celebrates grand opening
Several months after a soft opening, the owners of a new pharmacy in East Norriton decided it was time to tell everyone they’re open and ready to help take care of you.
On Saturday, November 17 the East Norriton Pharmacy celebrated the opening of a new independent pharmacy with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at their 215 W. Germantown Pike location.
The event was hosted by pharmacy owners, Himanshi and Manzil Panchal, along with Steve O’Driscoll from the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County.

Along with Ribbon cutting ceremony, county officials also participated in lighting Diya Indian tradition performed at all new beginnings. Since soft opening in April 2018, East Norriton Pharmacy has been proactively participating in making a difference in improving health of our residents. Owners has launched a program with Monto SAAC Norristown to do free monthly Blood pressure and Blood sugar testing for members. Monthly health records gets shared with their primary doctors. Recently, they have launched a program to provide free flu shots to all uninsured residents and an incentive for residents to take a flu shot.

The celebration featured prescription drug counseling, Medicare Insurance Supplement Counseling from Young’s Insurance Services, Dunkin Donuts coffee, Cupcakes and some great networking.
