Up first, on Sept. 18, is SEPTA Director of Strategic Planning and Partnerships Elizabeth Smith, who will lead an online session called KOP Rail: Smart Strategies for Connected Communities.

Nick Frontino, of The Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, will join an upcoming webinar on the topic of the rail line’s potential contribution to the region’s economic development.

It looks as though the webinars will put a positive spin on the project, even  critics raise the issues of noise, disruption to the area and the cost to taxpayers.
