Billionaire investor and entrepreneur Steve Case, formerly of AOL, will take part in a fireside chat April 5 with Anthony Maher, co-CEO of 1776, at the company’s spot in  Philadelphia’s University City.

1776 is celebrating the launch of its “newly integrated brand,” following its merger with Benjamin’s Desk last October, writes Roberto Torres at technical.ly.
