Illustrated Designs, Inc., a boutique marketing company based in Hatfield, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is proud to announce that 2018 marks its fiftieth year in business.

The adventure began in 1968, when founder Ed Piechocki took his love of design and entrepreneurial spirit to businesses in Philadelphia and New York, developing the relationships that have grown Illustrated Designs into a full-spectrum design firm specializing in 3-D displays, themed event décor, and catalog design, according to a press release.

“The constants contributing to our success are relationships and innovation,” said Piechocki. “We’ve been working with some of our clients for over 30 years. We trust each other, and we work hard on our clients’ behalf to create unique and effective design for their businesses.”

Those designs include trade show displays, with Illustrated Designs creating immersive, memorable experiences. One of their most impressive feats was recreating a National Park – complete with live 20’ trees – within the walls of Atlantic City’s Taj Mahal arena.

Illustrated Designs officially became a family business in 1997 when Ed’s daughter, Tracey Piechocki, joined the company, bringing her expertise in business and marketing. Tracey Piechocki became the owner in 2014, serving as president and account manager. Earlier this year, Illustrated Designs received national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise.

“Tracey is taking the company in a totally new direction, working with museums, producing working displays for children,” said the elder Piechocki. “She’smaking the company her own, which is a great sense of pride for us.”

The Illustrated Designs adventure continues in the same innovative spirit in which it began. As Tracey Piechocki reflects, “My fondest memories are working side by side with my parents. They’ve instilled some keys to our success in me: Treat everyone with respect, go above and beyond expectations, work hard and keep the highest of standards, keep learning, growing, and improving, and, most of all, love what you do.”

Illustrated Designs’ recent work includes 3-D displays for Avon, PECO Energy Company, and the America on Wheels Museum, catalog design for StylePlus Marching Band & Color Guard Apparel, and event décor for Bradley Caldwell, Inc. Learn more about how Illustrated Designs, Inc. builds bridges for business through design by visiting http://www.IllustratedDesigns.net.
