Officials from Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County and the business community welcomed Aon Affinity to the Fort Washington Office Park during a ribbon-cutting ceremony Oct. 18.

“After three days, we’re absolutely thrilled to be here,” Aon Affinity CEO Bill Vit said at the start of the event. After spending almost 20 years at its prior location in Hatboro, the company took the search for a new location “very seriously,” he said.

“We’re happy to be part of some new communities and looking forward at least to a 12-year run,” Vit said.

Barry Rose, president of the Fort Washington Business Alliance, and Graham Copeland, Upper Dublin economic development specialist, welcomed Aon on behalf of the business community and township officials.

Rose offered the services of the FWBA to the new arrival and Copeland pointed out changes being made to revitalize the former industrial park and “improvements that will continue.”
