Scheduler

This position routinely schedules tests/procedure cases including clinic visits, surgery, and any other location where scheduling a test or procedure may occur, and prepares and distributes the surgical schedule.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, one to two years of previous experience in a hospital environment, knowledge of multiple insurance authorization requirements, and customer services experience.

Trauma Coordinator

This position organizes the services and systems necessary for providing care for injured patients, directs the day-to-day operations of the trauma program, and promotes optimal trauma care through clinical and educational activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing, current Pennsylvania RN license, current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the AHA, and a minimum of three years of experience in emergency nursing care.

Distribution Tech

This position counts and replenishes all par supply areas, uses the computer system to perform distribution activities, receives supplies and equipment, maintains the storeroom, and delivers supplies to departments.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of related experience, basic computer skills, previous experience in materials management, and knowledge of a supply automation system.
